Playgroup Facilitator

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to support our Families Portfolio as a Playgroup Facilitator.

This role involves planning, administering, and delivering playgroups catering to diverse family needs, promoting socialization, learning, and fun for young children and their caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Program Managers in planning and delivering playgroups across the region.
  • Engage with the community to identify and develop new playgroups that meet local needs.
  • Design and deliver person-centered playgroups to enhance the lives of community members.
  • Prioritize playgroups for families with children aged 0-5 years, recognizing the importance of early childhood development.
  • Demonstrate commitment to our organization's Vision, Purpose, Values, and Strategic Goals.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within a team to ensure successful program implementation.
  • Deliver programs to diverse demographics, including children, families, and seniors, providing inclusive and accessible services.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to all program participants, fostering positive relationships and experiences.
