Job Description:

We are seeking a Practice and Quality Leader to join our Residential Care and Specialised Support team in Rockhampton.

The successful candidate will provide strategic direction for strong service delivery, focusing on program development, case management practice, and continuous improvement.

They will work closely with the coordinator to embed and enhance quality service delivery, supervising staff and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards.

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including participants and service providers.
  • Work collaboratively to contribute to the improvement of interventions, ensuring practice stems from a therapeutic framework.
  • Assist in developing a positive team environment, ensuring excellent communication between team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma qualifications in Social Services/Child Protection or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Quality Assurance systems, including Human Service Quality Framework.
  • Experience in advising, coaching, and mentoring staff on practice and compliance issues.
