Job Title:

A Key Leadership Role to Enhance Service Delivery

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the delivery of our services, providing direction for strong service delivery with regard to program development, enhancing case management practice, and ensuring practice aligns with contracts, accreditation, and continuous improvement.
  • The successful candidate will build and maintain close liaison with stakeholders to sustain effective working relationships and work with staff to gain a sound understanding of young people's needs based on trauma, grief, and loss, attachment, and child development.
  • This role contributes to the improvement of interventions in response to young people's needs, ensuring practice stems from a therapeutic framework, and assists with developing a positive team environment to ensure excellent communication between team members.
  • The leader will advise and guide program staff on practice and compliance issues and possess the skills to identify and embed solutions.
Requirements:
  • A Diploma in Social Services or Child Protection is required, along with knowledge of and experience with Quality Assurance systems.
  • Experience advising, coaching, and mentoring staff on practice and compliance issues is essential.
