Operational Excellence Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Operational Excellence Manager to support our quarry operations and drive improvement across the business.
About the Role:- Collaborate with senior management to develop key strategies for operational excellence, focusing on delivery of capital upgrades and development of key positions in the quarry business.
- Implement new operational initiatives, driving standardization and a lean culture while improving performance.
Duties include:
- Lead daily operations with a focus on continuous improvement
- Work closely with quarry managers to achieve efficient and cost-effective operations while meeting customer service requirements
- Motivate and lead a high-performing team, ensuring effective leadership practices
- Nurture customer relationships to ensure suitable outcomes
- Develop reports on work in progress, costs, variation, market trends, and competitor activities
Key Requirements:
- Hold a relevant qualification or certification
- Background in mining, quarrying, and delivery processes
- Proven management, leadership practices, and planning ability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
