Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance (QA) professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for quality and strong communication skills to work on real infrastructure projects.
- Monitor and ensure the quality of asphalt materials and placement on-site.
- Assist with compaction testing, temperature checks, and layer thickness tracking.
- Document and report test results clearly and accurately.
- Help implement and maintain QA procedures and compliance with specifications.
- Use digital tools and apps to streamline reporting and workflow.
- Work closely with supervisors, operators, and external testers with professionalism and confidence.
- Prepare and submit daily quality reports for asphalt works.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and site crews.
- Collate documents related to quality, safety, and environmental plans.
We are looking for someone with great organisational and time management skills, a current driver's license, a White Card, and confidence when dealing with authority.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with a positive attitude, sharp attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
Some knowledge of quality systems is beneficial, but we are happy to train the right person.
