**Job Title:** Operational Services Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as an Operational Services Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality support services in food services, cleaning, linen, and waste management to create a comfortable environment for residents.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service with minimal disruption to daily activities.
  • Maintain resident safety, staff safety, and visitor safety by implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Support residents' individual preferences and choices through personalized care and attention.
What We're Looking For:
  • Prior experience in food, housekeeping or hotel services is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in cleaning, catering, laundry or housekeeping services is also beneficial.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Commitment towards professional development and maintenance of mandatory competencies is crucial for success in this role.
Benefits Package:
  • A competitive hourly rate between $39.05 - $41.66 (inclusive of 25% casual loading).
  • An employer superannuation contribution of 12.75%.
