As a Business Navigator, you have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the world. Your role is to drive sales growth and maximize gross margins through strategic market analysis and business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with prior retail experience, solid commercial business knowledge, and a cross-functional understanding of furniture retailing. They will be equipped with excellent analytical and numerical skills, able to recognize trends and translate them into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Secure performance measurement and support to improve performance of major KPIs to ensure sustained profitable growth agenda for the Queensland Market.
  2. Drive sales growth and maximize gross margins through strategic market analysis and business development initiatives in Queensland.
  3. Leverage market insights to develop and implement effective sales strategies, optimizing financial performance and achieving revenue targets.

The successful candidate will be required to complete pre-employment checks to ensure eligibility for the role.
