Pathfinder Role for a Dynamic Partnership

A visionary entrepreneur is sought to spearhead the expansion of audiology services in Toowoomba, Newtown and Warwick Rose City. This opportunity presents a unique chance to grow a business while delivering exceptional patient care.

  • Earn a guaranteed salary ranging from $100,000 to $110,000 plus superannuation, paid fortnightly.

This role involves leading a dynamic partnership with Specsavers, leveraging their comprehensive support network, clinical standards and business management expertise. You will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic relationships and implementing innovative solutions to enhance customer experiences.

  • An exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through Specsavers' clinical standards and business management induction program.
  • Full administrative and business support from Specsavers, including payroll, accounts payable, marketing, IT and supply chain.

The ideal candidate will possess a qualified practitioner number as a full member of the relevant professional body and hold two years of clinical experience post-qualification. A high level of interpersonal and communication skills is essential, along with the ability to build strategic working relationships and lead collaborative teams.
