We're seeking dedicated professionals to support individuals with disabilities, helping them build independence and lead fulfilling lives. Our dynamic team is guided by a commitment to Purpose, Opportunity, and Passion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and domestic activities.
  • Encouraging skills development such as job readiness, cooking, financial literacy, or navigating public transport.
  • Promoting social and community inclusion by helping participants connect, forge friendships, and pursue their interests.

As a key member of our team, you'll be working closely with diverse individuals to support their goals and aspirations. You'll need to approach your role with empathy and a person-centred mindset, be a reliable team player who thrives in a dynamic and evolving work environment, and be flexible, with the ability to work across day, night, and sleepover shifts as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with High Level Supports (e.g. Personal Care & Complex Behaviours)
  • Digital Literacy competent

Beneficial but Not Essential Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Blue Card
  • A current Australian driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
  • Completion of NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission eLearning Certificates
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and use various apps and systems
