Workplace Rehabilitation Support Specialist

Our company is a Hobart-based provider of workplace rehabilitation, injury management and prevention services. We offer our services Statewide.

As an approved Workplace Rehabilitation Provider, we provide services to various clients including insurers, government agencies and enterprises.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to our team of professionals. This role involves welcoming visitors, managing an inbox, assisting individuals with document preparation, processing payments, entering referrals into our case management system, proofing and distributing documents, updating a database and providing general ad-hoc support.

Daily Tasks

  • Assisting professionals with administrative tasks such as data entry and scanning.
  • Updating our case management system, uploading referrals, distributing plans and reports.
  • Providing meet and greet reception, processing payments, conducting file reviews.
  • Booking appointments, proofing reports and documentation, managing office supplies, inbox management.

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

  • Qualifications or training in Administration or return to work.
  • Previous experience in insurance case management or Return to work coordination is advantageous.
  • Excellent proficiency with technology, Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, minimal supervision.
