Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and driven allied health professional to join our team of experienced rehabilitation consultants. Our team provides holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation, assisting injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence.

This opportunity will see you delivering comprehensive rehabilitation services, using your clinical knowledge and allied health background to support clients in achieving their goals. You will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

About the Role
  • Deliver workplace rehabilitation services, including initial needs assessments, workplace assessments, and rehabilitation counselling/vocational assessments.
  • Provide medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management services.
  • Support needs assessments and develop tailored plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements
  • Full registration with relevant professional body.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
  • A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done.
  • Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle.
