Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist Role

As a Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering holistic services to support injured workers in their recovery journey.

You will utilise your clinical knowledge and allied health expertise to assess workplace needs, develop tailored rehabilitation plans, and provide expert advice on job modifications and vocational assessments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive initial needs assessments and workplace assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Providing expert advice on job modifications and rehabilitation counselling/vocational assessments to support workers' return to work.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement effective case management strategies.

Requirements

  • Full registration with a relevant professional body (e.g. AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA).
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle.
