Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

We are the largest injury prevention and workplace rehabilitation provider in Tasmania, offering unique services tailored to the local community. As a dynamic allied health professional, you will join our experienced team of rehabilitation specialists, working with various clients, including psychologists, nurses, rehab counsellors, physiotherapists, exercise physiologists, or occupational therapists.

Key Responsibilities:- Deliver holistic client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation, utilizing your clinical knowledge and allied health expertise to assist injured workers in recovering at work and achieving independence at home, in the workplace, and the community.
- Conduct workplace assessments, initial needs assessments, job modifications, rehabilitation counselling/vocational assessments, ADL assessments, medical case conferences, stakeholder liaison, and case management services.
- Full registration with relevant professional bodies (AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA).
- Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
- A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done and delivering results-oriented outcomes.
- Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance.
- Current Australian driver's license and vehicle.
- Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways through effective service delivery.
