Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and driven allied health professional to join our team of rehabilitation consultants. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, you will deliver holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation.

Your clinical knowledge and allied health background will enable you to assist injured workers recover at work and achieve independence in their daily lives. You will be responsible for delivering workplace rehabilitation services, including initial needs assessments, workplace assessments, job modifications advice, and rehabilitation counselling/vocational assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify injury-related issues and develop personalized recovery plans.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Develop and implement tailored workplace modifications to facilitate safe and efficient return-to-work strategies.
  • Provide vocational assessments and rehabilitation counselling to support clients in achieving their career goals.
  • Promote injury prevention and management practices through education and awareness initiatives.
Requirements
  • Full registration with relevant professional bodies (AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA).
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
  • A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done.
  • Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle.
  • Willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives in tangible ways.
  • The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
