Job Description

This role involves delivering comprehensive, client-centred services within workplace rehabilitation. Using clinical expertise, you will assist injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence in their personal and professional lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver workplace rehabilitation services, including needs assessments, job modifications, and vocational assessments
  • Conduct medical case conferences and stakeholder liaison services
  • Provide support needs assessments and case management services
Requirements:
  • Full registration with a relevant professional body (AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA/AASW)
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and pride in a job well-done
  • Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
  • Current Australian driver's license and vehicle
