Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to deliver holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation.

This role offers a unique blend of challenge and reward, making it an ideal position for someone with a passion for injury management and workplace rehabilitation.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive workplace assessments and provide expert advice on job modifications.
  • Conduct initial needs assessments and participate in medical case conferences.
  • Provide vocational assessments and ADL assessments to support clients in achieving independence at work, home, and in the community.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective case management and support services.
Requirements:
  • Full registration with a relevant professional body.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and pride in delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
  • Current driver's license and vehicle.
  • Willingness to learn and make a positive impact on people's lives.
