Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist to join our dynamic team of health professionals passionate about injury management and workplace rehabilitation.

Job Description- Daily Tasks:
- Deliver holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation.
- Conduct initial needs assessments and workplace assessments.
- Provide advice on job modifications and rehabilitation counseling/vocational assessments.
- Conduct ADL assessments and support needs assessments.
- Clinical Expertise:
- Full registration with relevant professional body (AHPRA/ASORC/ESSA/AASW).
- Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
- A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done.
- Ability to complete a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance.
- Current Australian driver's license and vehicle.
