About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Value Optimization (CVO) value stream, where you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies, products, and campaigns. Your expertise in data analysis, market research, and financial modeling will be instrumental in informing business decisions and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance customer value and retention.
  • Contribute to business planning, forecasting, and workforce alignment to optimize team performance.
  • Evaluate strategic initiatives and deliver insights to influence decision-making.
  • Enhance dashboards for real-time performance visibility and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities through in-depth market research.

About You:

  • Proven experience in strategy and planning, preferably in the energy or regulated industry.
  • Strong experience using data tooling, such as SQL and Python.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
