About the Role
At AU0927 Prysmian Australia Pty Ltd, we're seeking a dynamic customer-focused professional to join our Power Distribution Channel team as a Customer Relationship Manager. This role involves managing and supporting key customer accounts, working closely with the external sales team to drive profitable business, handle inquiries, and oversee quotes, tenders, contracts, and orders.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service and support to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with the external sales team to win new business and maintain existing relationships.
- Effectively manage contracts, projects, and customer requirements, including reviewing contractual details and updating SAP systems.
- Provide administrative support, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring seamless service continuity in your absence.
- Liaise with commercial managers and external sales teams to address customer needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on relationship management and sales support.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups.
- Relevant industry experience and knowledge of sales operations and customer care principles.
