About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Prysmian Group. As a key member of our Power Distribution Channel, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key customer accounts, working closely with the external sales team to drive profitable business and maintain strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracts and projects, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with the commercial team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Provide administrative support, maintaining accurate records and documentation

- Proven experience in customer relationship management and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
