About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Care Specialist to join our team at AU0927 Prysmian Australia Pty Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, quotations, tenders, contracts, and sales orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the external sales team to win profitable business through effective customer relationship management.
- Manage customer orders and specific customer requirements, including review of contractual requirements and reflection in SAP.
- Maintain service continuity to customers in your absence by providing training to your backup and ensuring documented procedures and instructions are maintained.
- Communicate effectively with customers on services offered and service standards to be achieved.
- Proactively communicate with the commercial manager and external staff regarding customer needs.
- Use tools, processes, and systems provided to effectively achieve defined KPIs.
- Work closely with the Trade and Installer team to meet or exceed plan for CM$ and volume for the channel.
- Provide administrative and sales support to the team.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and activities focused on improving customer service and reducing waste.
Requirements
- Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across the business.
- Proven team member who can maintain effective and harmonious working relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Passion for learning and personal growth, with a focus on sales development.
