About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at AU0927 Prysmian Australia Pty Ltd. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key customer accounts in our Power Distribution Channel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with the External Sales Team to drive profitable business and manage customer relationships
  • Effectively managing contracts and projects, including reviewing contractual requirements and reflecting them into SAP
  • Providing administrative support and maintaining precise documentation for contracts
  • Liaising with the Commercial Managers and External Sales Team regarding customer needs
  • Proactively managing the relationship of defined portfolio of key accounts in collaboration with External Sales Team
  • Providing fast, efficient customer service that engenders repeat business
  • Managing call offs, blocked orders, customer complaints, code creations, credits, and returns for your customer list
  • Implementing pricing policy, strategy, and tactics within agreed guidelines
  • Using the tools, processes, and systems provided to effectively and efficiently achieve the defined KPIs
  • Working closely with the PD team to meet or exceed plan for CM$ and Volume for the channel
  • Providing administrative, systems, and process support to the PD team

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing customer relationships and driving profitable business
  • Effectively managing contracts and projects
  • Providing administrative support and maintaining precise documentation
  • Liaising with the Commercial Managers and External Sales Team
  • Proactively managing the relationship of defined portfolio of key accounts
