About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at Prysmian Group. As a key member of our Power Distribution Channel, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key customer accounts, working closely with the external sales team to drive profitable business, and providing administrative support and maintaining precise documentation for contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support key customer accounts, including handling inquiries, quotes, tenders, contracts, and orders.
  • Work closely with the external sales team to drive profitable business and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Provide administrative support, including maintaining precise documentation for contracts and ensuring service continuity in your absence.
  • Liaise with the Commercial Managers and External Sales Team regarding customer needs and proactively manage the relationship of defined portfolio of key accounts.
  • Implement pricing policy, strategy, and tactics within agreed guidelines and use the tools, processes, and systems provided to effectively and efficiently achieve defined KPIs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer care and exposure in a similar industry.
  • Excellent general problem-solving skills and ability to manage diverse groups of stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across the business and maintain effective and harmonious working relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Passion for learning and personal growth, with meaningful focus on sales developments.
