Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Coat Preparation Specialist to join our team at Hobart.

  • Prepare, prime, buff, and denib vehicles as per job sheets.
  • Handle all vehicles with due care and attention.
  • Clean work bays and workshops as required.
  • Adhere to our OH&S policy, including PPE.

This role requires previous experience in a similar prepping or painting role, a strong commitment to working safely, high attention to detail, reliability, punctuality, and teamwork skills.

Compensation and Work Environment

The estimated annual salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on experience. Our flexible working hours allow you to balance your personal and professional life, with options available for non-standard work hours.
