Coatings Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Coatings Specialist to join our team at Hobart, working collaboratively with experienced professionals in the field.

This exciting opportunity will see you play a crucial part in preparing vehicles for coating, ensuring exceptional quality and attention to detail throughout the process.

• Prepare, prime, buff, and denib vehicles according to job sheets, adhering to strict safety protocols.
• Demonstrate unwavering commitment to work safely, following all necessary guidelines and regulations.
• Clean the workshop and surrounding areas regularly, maintaining a high standard of organization and tidiness.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Prior experience in a prepping or painting role is highly valued, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
• A strong commitment to working safely, prioritizing your own well-being and that of your colleagues.
• An eye for detail, coupled with excellent organizational skills.
• The ability to work effectively within a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
