About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Pathology Collector Specialist to join our team at QML Pathology. As a Pathology Collector Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting blood and non-blood samples from patients, using your empathy and drive to deliver great customer service and quality healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collecting samples with care and attention
* Keeping meticulous records for every patient and sample
* Delivering documentation within strict turnaround times
* Preparing and packaging specimens for transport and testing
* Liaising with customers, clinic staff, and couriers

Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or Certificate III in Pathology Collection
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Organised with strong time management and attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously in a solo clinic
* Valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics
* Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency, or valid visa with permission to work
