**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Community Resilience Specialist to join our team at AFAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for building community capacity to prevent, prepare for and respond to bushfire and fire in the home.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective community education and outreach programs.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and address community fire safety risks.
- Provide guidance and support to community members on fire safety practices and emergency preparedness.
**Requirements**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a field such as emergency management, community development or a related field.
- Proven experience in community education, outreach or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
