We are seeking a Customer Support professional to provide top-notch service and technical assistance to clients.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact on our Helpdesk, resolving ATM, cash recyclers, and cash redemption terminal faults and issues.

This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls professionally, providing exceptional customer support, and driving client incidents/queries proactively until resolution.

Responsibilities include following up and closing cases, keeping clients updated on outstanding incidents/queries, developing strong relationships with merchants, participating in product training, and sharing knowledge throughout the team.

To excel in this position, you should have a customer service background, preferably with experience in Helpdesk/Systems Operations. You should enjoy working with technology, have excellent computer skills, and be able to work on a roster with flexibility.

Knowledge of computer management systems is essential. We offer initial product/technical training at our head office to ensure your success in this role.
