Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our Helpdesk Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide first-line support to our clients across multiple locations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve customer tickets efficiently, escalating complex issues to second-line support when necessary.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring all interactions are professional, friendly, and resolution-focused.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing timely updates on issue status and resolution.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless ticket management and resolution.
Requirements:
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Zendesk and Incident Management tools is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on error-free grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
