As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering first-level support across various IT applications and systems to agreed service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide frontline IT helpdesk support, including logging, triaging, and updating requests
- Deliver daily technical support for audio-visual equipment and digital hearing systems
- Support video conferencing systems across multiple sites
- Offer technical support for desktop systems, software applications, and non-standard hardware/software
- Assist remote staff and coordinate with other jurisdictions for shared IT resources
- Provide timely advice, training, and support for IT systems and applications
- Configure mobile devices with relevant business apps
- Proven experience in supporting various software products, including the MS Office suite of applications and case management software
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with video conferencing operation and audio-visual systems
- Experience working in a similar IT environment is desirable
- Experience with problem resolution, being proactive, and having a customer service focus with strong stakeholder engagement skills
- ITIL Foundation certification is highly desirable
- Relevant experience and/or qualifications in the field of IT services are desirable
