Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to provide technical support and troubleshooting for hospital staff across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hospital staff
  • Monitor helpdesk systems, logging, and tracking all support requests and incidents
  • Prioritise and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Work collaboratively with other IT support team members to resolve complex issues
  • Follow hospital IT policies, procedures, and security protocols

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a helpdesk or IT support role with a strong technical foundation
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly identify and resolve hardware and software issues
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and tracking tools used for managing IT requests
  • Able to clearly explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical users
  • Proficiency in helpdesk systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
