We are seeking a seasoned customer success expert to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring strong customer health and adoption.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience working in a Customer Success or Account Management role. They will possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
This professional will work closely with various teams across SevenRooms to ensure delivery of quality products to clients. They will also analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency
