Product Marketing Role in APAC

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team in the APAC region. This role will focus on increasing awareness and acceptance of upgrades among implant recipients and professionals across the region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and champion marketing strategies for upgrades.
  • Analyse recipient journey and upgrade performance to prioritise opportunities and recommend strategies.
  • Create campaigns to target recipients with legacy devices.
  • Partner with country leads to understand upgrade growth constraints and develop multi-channel marketing initiatives.
  • Execute short-term and mid-term marketing strategies for recipients.
  • Champion e-commerce platform for delivering accessory campaigns.
  • Analyse data to determine profitable segments and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Graduate qualifications in marketing or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in product management or marketing.
  • Solid analytical skills with ability to derive strategic decisions based on data.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Achievement-oriented with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Cultural sensitivity and flexibility to travel nationally and internationally.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience in pharmaceuticals/life sciences/medical device industry.
  • Language skills in Mandarin or Japanese.
