Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Railway Upgrade Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our passenger train fleet.

In this dynamic rail environment, you will be responsible for carrying out upgrade work on rolling stock to detailed work instructions. This will involve working closely with our engineering team to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out upgrade work on rolling stock to detailed work instructions
  • Maintain adherence to all health and safety regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Australian recognized Mechanical Trade Qualifications
  • Current RIW Card or willingness to obtain one
  • Rail experience highly regarded, but not essential
  • Excellent fault finding and analytical skills
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to follow work instructions accurately
