Upgrade Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to develop, implement and champion our upgrade marketing strategy across the APAC region.
- Support the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase awareness and acceptance of upgrades among Cochlear implant recipients.
- Analyse the recipient journey and upgrade performance to identify key opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with country leads to understand constraints on upgrades growth and develop data-driven marketing plans.
- Design and execute short-term and mid-term APAC marketing communication strategies to engage recipients.
- Lead the implementation of e-commerce platform for APAC to deliver accessory campaigns.
- Analyse data to determine profitable segments and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management or marketing, preferably with analytical skills.
- Able to derive strategic decisions based on data and facts.
