The role of the Technical Documentation Specialist is to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation that supports the successful implementation and ongoing operation of system upgrades. Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A university degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or Technical Writing">
  • Demonstrated experience in technical documentation for complex systems integration projects">
  • A strong understanding of ILS principles and documentation requirements">
  • Experience working within structured documentation frameworks and configuration management systems">
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear, user-friendly documentation">
  • Desirable attributes include experience in defence technology or aerospace industries, familiarity with air traffic control systems or voice communication technologies, and knowledge of Commonwealth documentation standards and security requirements">
