Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Specialist to join our Digital Services team on a term contract, full-time basis for up to 3 years.

This role is primarily responsible for providing technical expertise to the upgrade of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, TechnologyOne Property and Rating suite, supporting the migration from version Ci to CiA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical solutions to support the upgrade of our ERP system
  • Support the successful migration from version Ci to CiA
RequirementsEssential
  • Degree qualification in business, technology, finance or related disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience in the TechnologyOne Property and Rating System
  • Demonstrated extensive understanding of complex Rates and Revenue functions within a local government organisation (4+ years)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience in systems development, implementation, review and evaluation within a local government environment
Desirable
  • Effective collaboration and partnership skills with key stakeholders
  • Experience with business process analysis and verification
  • Knowledge and experience relating to customer request processes

The position comes with a competitive remuneration package including a salary range of $1159 per week, a 35-hour working week, and opportunity to participate in Council's flextime arrangement.
