About the Role

As a highly motivated and results-driven Executive Fitness Sales Leader, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and member engagement at our Menai club.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets, exceeding $100,000 in revenue.
  • Lead by example with exceptional customer service, proactive sales approach, and effective team management.
  • Maintain high levels of staff engagement, retention, and development through regular training and feedback sessions.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted strategies to drive growth.
  • Ensure seamless communication with department leaders, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales leadership roles within the fitness industry, preferably with direct/indirect reports.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee development.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, verbal, written, and time management skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with budget management, P&L monitoring, and reporting is necessary.
