Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Member Support Consultant to join our team at our St Leonards Platinum club. As an MSC, you will be the driving force behind our success, interacting with members and inspiring them to take action towards a healthier lifestyle.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contribute to club sales by utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create positive member journeys via personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey

Requirements

  • Current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A problem-solving mindset to provide solutions that meet the needs of our potential members
  • A gift for communication to talk to anyone with ease and inspire them to take action
  • Drive to excel yourself and achieve goals
  • A team player who can rally through hard times and celebrate personal and team success
