Fitness Support Professional

The Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team at Fitness First. As a key member of our club, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive membership growth and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase membership sales and revenue growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing members, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Conduct regular club tours and sales presentations to prospective members, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our fitness services.
- Work closely with the marketing team to promote our services and events through various channels.
Requirements:
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
