Student Administration Services Director

About the Role
The Director of Student Administration Services will be responsible for developing and delivering effective and efficient student administration services and support to stakeholders. This will involve driving institution-wide collaboration with university leaders to ensure service quality, compliance, and alignment with institutional goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-informed and customer-focused solutions for information management and customer service.
- Lead and influence the work of multiple levels of leadership to achieve strategic goals.
- Establish a performance-oriented culture and drive accountability.
- Build and apply expertise through developing and pursuing challenging goals and directing resources to deliver successful outcomes.
Requirements
- Recognised expert in their field at a national level, with a depth and breadth of experience within the Australian higher education sector.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in implementing data-informed and customer-focused solutions for information management and customer service.
- Exemplary leadership ability to communicate the University's vision and strategic direction.
