About the Role
The Chief Student Life Officer will lead the development of the Swinburne Student Association as a key enabler of a vibrant, supportive and cohesive student community. This role provides leadership of a range of programs and other student services, and is responsible for tailoring these to the interests and needs of Swinburne students.
About You
You are a dynamic leader with a proven track record in exceptional service delivery and business development, dedicated to providing outstanding student services. Experienced in working with a board, you bring proven expertise in analysing business activities and funding sources, including financial management and budget control.
About the Organisation
The Swinburne Student Association will provide a central place for students to connect with student services and student representation, which responds to student needs and expectations as part of a world-class next-generation student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the Swinburne Student Association
- Provide leadership of a range of programs and other student services
- Tailor services to the interests and needs of Swinburne students
