About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Banking Specialist Relief. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers in a fast-paced banking environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Support: Assist customers with their financial needs, including providing information on banking products and services, and helping them to make informed decisions.
  • Branch Support: Provide relief support to branches within the 240 Queen Street Hub and surrounding branches, ensuring that customers receive a seamless banking experience.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with customers by participating in community events and fundraising activities, promoting the Bank's commitment to the community.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with Branch Managers and colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes for every customer.
