About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Banking Specialist in our Aitkenvale Branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

As the public face of CommBank, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless banking experience to our customers. This includes having in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking needs, supporting customers with enquiries, and processing applications for credit products.

  • Financial Health Checks

You will conduct Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes. This will involve educating and demonstrating our in-branch technology and digital banking options to customers.

  • Problem Solving and Risk Management

You will be responsible for problem-solving and providing effective solutions while championing our processes and procedures. This will involve driving our risk-adverse culture and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Requirements
  • Experience in Financial Services

We are looking for individuals with experience in delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in financial services, retail, or hospitality. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear way.

  • Collaborative and Commercially Driven Environment

You will be working in a busy and commercially driven retail environment, so you will need to be able to work effectively in a team and manage competing priorities.
