
Technical Support Professional

Job Summary
As a vital member of the IT team, you will be responsible for providing employees with the hardware and software they need to perform their best work. You will also assist them with any technical support issues they may have.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for end-users seeking technical assistance via service desk or in-person visits
- Supply and replace hardware equipment as needed
- Grant standard software access to employees
- Ensure desk and meeting room setups are complete and functional
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Document and track technical issues through a service desk system
- Refer to and propose help articles to aid in issue resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT asset inventory records
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements by identifying areas for enhancement
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of existing IT systems, including implementation of new technologies
- Support the administration and maintenance of AV, server, and network systems as needed
- Assist with software and SaaS license management duties to ensure compliance and cost control
You'll Need
- A customer-centric mindset
- Previous experience with GSuite and/or O365 administration
- Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication (e.g. Okta, OneLogin)
- Service Desk Platforms (JIRA, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
- Enterprise Mobile Device Management
- Experience with MacOS is a plus
- The ability to listen with empathy
- Confident, articulate, and professional communication skills
- The ability to write clearly and concisely, avoiding technical jargon
- Expertise in troubleshooting and follow-through
- Knowledgeable in technical documentation is a plus
- Fluency in English
