Job Title: Rehabilitation Consultant

Unlock new opportunities in multidisciplinary allied health with a leading wellness and work provider. We're seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Rehab Counsellor to join our high-performing team as a Rehabilitation Consultant based in Orange, New South Wales.

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for conducting occupational therapy assessments, activities of daily functional capacity, home and workplace ergonomic and equipment needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop tailored rehabilitation plans and return to work strategies to empower clients.
  • Collaborate with clients, their families, medical teams, employers, and other stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes.
  • Identify barriers and implement practical evidence-based solutions to drive client recovery.
  • Navigate multiple funding schemes to support client empowerment.
Qualifications:
  • Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Customer first mindset with a focus on quality outcomes.
  • Confidence working independently in the community.
  • Eligibility for a working with children's check and police clearance.
