We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate professional to join our team as an Employment Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about empowering people to achieve their employment goals.

Job Description

In this dynamic position, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and aspirations, providing tailored support to help them find sustainable employment. You will also build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities and ensure that all activity is appropriately recorded and documented.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Encourage and motivate clients through appropriate activities to find their own employment.
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients.
  • Place clients into sustainable employment leading to outcomes.
  • Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges.
  • Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
  • Confident working towards KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for our clients/employers.
