Support Worker Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Support Workers to join our dynamic team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to children, young people, and adults who may be facing various challenges.

Your key responsibilities will include working with individuals across age groups, assisting with personal care and daily living skills, planning and attending appointments and activities for social interaction and skill development, and completing daily case notes, admin tasks, and incident reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence and willingness to drive
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • A paid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • A National Disability Insurance Scheme Workers Check (NDSWC)
  • Willingness to provide consent to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR)
  • Qualifications in Disability Services, Community Services or Individual Support highly regarded but not essential
