This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals who require rehabilitation services. Our focus is on providing tailored support plans that cater to each person's unique needs and goals.
- We work with clients who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries at work, applying clinical reasoning skills to develop effective rehabilitation strategies.
- Our multidisciplinary team provides holistic care, supporting our clients' journey from rehabilitation to recovery.
- We perform assessments, including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments, to identify areas for improvement.
- We collaborate with stakeholders, including injured employees, employers, medical specialists, and other allied health professionals, to develop comprehensive rehabilitation plans.
- Our goal is to support clients with injuries from motor vehicle accidents or workplace incidents, helping them return to their optimal level of function.

To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Current unrestricted registration or eligibility for membership with relevant industry bodies (AHPRA, ESSA).
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Nursing.
- Strong clinical reasoning skills, enabling you to develop effective rehabilitation strategies.
- The ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of common goals.
- A passion to help people recover and regain their independence.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, taking initiative and ownership of projects.
