As a Front Office All Rounder, you are the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

This role requires strong communication skills to effectively respond to guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise.

You will be responsible for handling front office duties with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining high levels of professionalism in all interactions.

To excel in this position, you should have previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist guests with luggage and other concierge duties.
  • Ensure accuracy of guest accounts on departure.
  • Promote and up-sell hotel facilities through strong product knowledge.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service experience, preferably working within a hotel front office.
  • Competent computer user (experience with Opera PMS ideal).
  • Availability to work varied shifts from early mornings, late evenings and overnight, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
